Infants + Toddlers
Open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Our infant classroom is for children who aren’t quite mobile yet. Our toddler classroom is designed for children who are ready to walk, explore, and continue to develop their large and fine motor skills. Our teacher to child ratio for both the infant and toddler classes is 1 teacher to 4 children.
Reserved Hour Rates
$220 / month (6 - 13 hours per week)
$440 / month (14 - 24 hours per week)
$650 / month (25 - 34 hours per week)
$875 / month (35+ hours per week)
Hourly + Drop In Rate
$6.00 / hour (2 - 6 hours per week)
Schedule
We do our best to mirror your child’s home schedule including naps and mealtimes so their daily schedule will be very specific to their individual needs. Once your child grows into the toddler room we begin introducing more structure to their day. Children in the toddler room eat lunch around 11:00 and have a small snack in the morning and again in the afternoon.

Because children hit milestones frequently from birth to age 2, collaboration between parents and teachers is key. Our teachers will be in frequent communication with you about your child’s day, and will set an age appropriate goal for each child at the start of the month. This goal will be shared with parents, and we encourage parents to collaborate with the teachers in setting goals. Please do not hesitate to fill us in as your child continues to grow.
Our nurturing and responsive caregivers help each child continue to develop in the following areas in an age appropriate and individualized manner.
Two Year Olds
Our two year old class has a child ratio of 1 teacher for 7 children. This provides the opportunity for regular one on one time from their teacher as the children adapt to a slightly more structured environment than their toddler classroom provided.

The primary thing that two year olds are learning at this age is, social and emotional concepts. Because of this, we put the emphasis on guiding them through the different stages of social-emotional play. As the teacher guides the play, they have the opportunity to introduce academic concepts such as; letters, colors, numbers, shapes, sorting, matching, positional words, and so much more! Children will automatically grasp these academic concepts on their own when their classroom is set up the right way.
When children are playing they are learning skills like; compromising, sharing, team work, taking turns, rules of conversation, and seeing things through. We believe, and research shows, that play facilitates new cognitive development, that one skill will build upon another skill, and that children reach milestones through play. When children play, they not only develop new skills, but can also practice skills that they learned somewhere else. We provide our 2 year olds with an environment where they can practice those skills over and over again.
This age group does not receive our traditional assessment; however, twice a year we conduct a play observation that is sent home to parents.
