Enrollment
We hope that you select Franklin Children's Center as the place for your child to learn and grow! To communicate interest in enrollment, please fill out and submit the Pre-Registration form below. Once the school year begins in August, you will be notified via email by the 15th of each month of your child’s enrollment status. If your child is accepted, you will be emailed a digital form to enroll your child.
Before accepting a new child into our program, we recommend that prospective families tour our space to gain as much information about our program as possible.

Children are accepted into our program based on schedule availability in their age group and the days and times you request in the form above. Priority is given to children who are currently enrolled and the children of employee's of Franklin Discovery Academy.
